- Treasurer’s report- Expenditures to date for 2012 are $7958.33 bank balance is $75,790.
Old Business
Recently posted children at play signs are missing-9thst/150 terr and 9 st/149 way. Police reports are on file. Street signs at 149 ln and 149 terr are also missing. Sunrise won’t replace, as we are private community. Replacements pending.
Four storm drain repairs done in January are now seal coated as of May 25. Bids to raise storm drain at 926 150 terr are requested.
Crime watch list required by Sunrise police almost complete. All homeowners are requested to sign up for code red.
Sidewalk repairs by city are ongoing. You are urged to sign up if you need repairs.
New Business
November 20 meeting will be elections for all officers; length of terms will be staggered. Notice with details will be sent out Oct. 1st.
Annual dues notices will be mailed Nov.15 giving 45 days to pay. Due date is Jan. 1, 2013 and as in the past a $25.00 fine will be assessed if not received by Jan. 10th. Make a note of payment due date in case you don’t receive your notice to pay.
Reminder- Call 911 or 954 746-3600 to report any suspicious activity.
Strom drain cleaning bid was over $18,000- City and S. FL water control say it’s our responsibility as private property.
Graffitti will be painted over by Paul.
Homeowners having tree branches hanging over walls and fences should have them trimmed.
