Reading of the 2/7/2018: Call for omissions or corrections, found none. Will stand as read.
Treasurer’s Report: Bank balance as of 5/5/2018 $47,899.44. Since 2/7/18 Echecks were paid to: Office Depot, O C Landscaping, Sunbiz, FPL, Kaye Bender, USPS, All Field Electric and Build-a-sign. Bank statements are here to examine as well as all bills. No questions asked.
Communications: Kaye Bender updates on 84 South vs NPMA and Sunrise Magistrate notices of changing dates.
Officer’s Reports: None given by Gary Nicholson and Scott Fitzpatrick. President Paul Cyman reported on the new private property signs that were bought and installed. Eleventh Street lights were repaired due to a broken FPL wire at the top of the wooden pole at 148th Avenue. Light pole at 9th Street and 150th Avenue was replace by FPL. Bids for sidewalk repair discussed. FPL LED lighting agreement changing our street lights will be completed within a 4 month window. Should be mid August.
Discussed the purpose of mailing statement of Marketable Title Action. Stated it renews for another 30 years to retain the status of the Declaration as a source of Marketable title with regard to the transfer of a members residence allowing you to continue to enforce the covenant. Questions were fielded and answered by the residents in attendance. The 3 board members voted individually to approve action. P.
