Effective immediately, the resignation of William Quigley as President, dated 9/26/17 is accepted with regrets. Board members Gary Nicholson and JohnMichael Broussard have re-appointed Paul Cyman to fill the Presidents position effective 9/27/17 until another appointment is made or next election which is scheduled for 2/19, when the three year term expires. This decision was not made lightly and presented itself to us as a by-product from the latest natural disasters in conjunction with Mr. Quigley’s professional obligations. We thank Mr. Quigley for his upstanding due diligence, professionalism, and wish him all the best.
