Roll Call: Officers Cyman, Fitzpatrick and Nicholson were called and responded as present.
Minutes of February 7, 2017 were read. Any corrections or omissions were called for. Having none, minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report: Bank balance as of 5-9-17 is $71,072.00. E-check payments since last meeting went to FPL, O C Landscaping, BGM Accounting Services and Miami Christmas Lights. January through April bank statements are here for review or questioning.
Communications: Invoice from Miami Christmas Lights, Letter from City of Sunrise Attorney, Thomas Moss, concerning inoperable vehicle.
Old Business: Call of May 3rd from City of Sunrise Code Enforcement Officer concerning trees and hedges on 148th Avenue was explained. Phone number 954-236-2105
New Business: President Cyman reported on the 2018 meeting dates. Due to the reconstruction of the meeting room at Flamingo Park for all of 2018 our meetings will be held at 60 Weston Road. The dates are: February 6th, May 8th, September 11th, and November 13th.

Officer Expiration Dates: Vice President Nicholson appointed February 7, 2017 expires February 2020. President Cyman appointed February 2016 expires February 2019. Secretary/Treasurer Fitzpatrick appointed February 2015 expires February 2018.
NPMA By-Laws Concerning Appointments: Article 5 Section 4 Removal. In the event of resignation his successor shall be selected by the remaining members of the board and shall serve for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
Read letter of resignation of Scott Fitzpatrick. President Cyman to appoint John Michael Broussard to Secretary/Treasurer. Officer Cyman and Nicholson approved. Will serve to February 2018
Read letter of resignation of Paul Cyman. William Quigly appointed to serve as President. Officer Nicholson and Broussard approved. Will serve until February 2019.
President Cyman asked each new officer to give a brief personal background and reasons for wanting to serve on the board.
