Call To Order:      7 pm

Roll Call:      Paul Cyman, Mike Ingino present.  Scott Fitzpatrick excused.

Minutes of 9-14-2016 were read and approved.

Treasurers Report:      Bank Balance as of 10-31-16 was $66,701.56. E-Check payments to:  FPL, O C Landscaping, Stevens & Goldwin, Office Depot, Sherman Williams, and USPS.  Deposits:  $190.00 late fee and $150.00 estoppel fee.  Bank statements are here for review or questions.  1-16-16 – 10-31-16

Communications:      Code Violation from 7-5  and  9-29-16.  Sunrise Annual Registration.   Sunrise new Garbage and Trash Information. Tree Trimming Proposal.

Old Business:      None

New Business:     None

Officers Report:      President noted that the 2017 Annual Dues will be mailed on November 27.  Asked those in attendance if they visited our website and encouraged everyone to do so.  No other reports.

Q & A:      Residents Paola and William Quigley presented a proposal to put Holiday lights at our two entrances.  Discussion ensued and after comparison of cost to 2013  and problems it presented, it was decided to follow through by a vote of the board and all in attendance.  The Quigley’s were named as a committee to see this proposal through.  Resident Gary Nicholson is looking into getting our entrance monuments up graded.

Officer Elections:       2-7-17 will be electing a Vice President.  Notices of the annual meeting and election will be mailed on 1-4-17. President election of February 2016 was extended and the Secretary/Treasurer is extended to February 2018.

2017 Meetings are set for:    February 7,  May 9,  September 12,  and November 14.
