The current board consisting of P. Cyman, M. Ingino, and S. Fitzpatrick serve on this committee. At the February 18, 2014 meeting Douglas Crowe and Charles Lupari, were asked and accepted to serve as homeowner representatives. Marie Cucionatta, one week later also accepted to serve.
Duties to review any violations of bylaws or declarations of NPMA and decide action to be taken. No one member shall decide, it should be an agreed consensus of majority. When a charge is presented, details will be given to all six committee members for review. Choices would be to, drop it, follow through NPMA or through the City of Sunrise.
Any homeowner can present a violation to this committee.
