MINUTES of 5/2/2014 were read and approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Balance as of 8/31/14 was $72,830.05. Expenses from 5/20/14 thru 8/31/14 were $6,565.25. These bills were for FPL, Lawyer fees, Landscaping, Electrical Repairs and Post Office. The monthly bank statements are here if anyone has further questions. No questions asked.
CORRESPONDENCE
President read sample of last billing from Stevens/Goldwyn. Homeowner approval to install paver driveway. Proposed tax bill (tax exempt). And 15 questions to be filled out and filed with the court.
OLD BUSINESS
Doug Crowe’s second visit to homeowner was discussed. New meeting announcement signs have been purchases with chain and locks to be secured to stop sign posts.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussion of replacing President and Secretary/Treasurer soon was discussed.
REMINDER
Annual meeting and yearly election will be held February 2015. Secretary/Treasurer up for election 2/15. President up for election 2/16. Vice President 2/17.
Next Meeting is: November 18, 2014 at 7 pm.
Meetings for 2015 are as follows: 2/10, 5/12, 9/17, and 11/17.
