New Business: Discussion on street seal coating. Sixty day trial of City provided garbage containers. Roof cleaning by No Pressure Roof Cleaning. FPL pole work on 148th and 8th Street. Resident, Gary Lentchner, reported details of the pit bull attack on his daughter. Asked the HOA to look into screening of renters and new homeowners. Also looking into raising late fees.
