Minutes of 2-10-15 were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: January-April bank statements are here for questions or to examine. Balance 1-1-2015 – $72,194.52. Balance 5-8-2015 – $79,428.76. Yearly collections are in except for two homeowners. One was sent to collections for$190 plus collection fee. Homeowner has sent in payment in full. The second homeowner past due for two years plus a lien suit for parking violation is still pending. Bills paid 1-1-15 — 4-15-15 to FPL, O C Landscaping, All Field Electric, Stevens & Goldwyn, B & M Accounting and James Savino.
Communications: Sunrise Annual Registration, Receipt for Florida Division of Corporate Filing, Savino Website billing and set up, Stevens & Goldwyn filings and money collected, 148th Terrace tree trimming request.
New Business: Noted web posting, meeting dates and directions to meeting site. Discussion on tree trimming by the HOA, history and further action. Will contact Sean at Sunrise Public Works for opinion. Also discussion on additional street lighting, cost of FPL monthly billing, savings of newly installed LED lighting at entrances and proper roof cleaning info sheets by G.A.F.
