As of 11-18-14 payments of $333.90 to Pines Signs and $3,314.57 to Bruening Ins. Agency. Leaving a balance of $66,082.25

Old Business: Street Lights. All are serviced by FPL except six on 11th Street entrance and four on 150th Ave between 8th and 9th Streets. HOA owns and maintains those ten poles.
All others are FPL. For service call: 1-800-4-outage, give pole number and home number closest to pole that is out. Each homeowner can call this in. A repair time and work order number will be given.
Pressure cleaning of sidewalks was discussed. $2550 or $16.45 per household was the last billing. Will call to set up.
