New Business: Board voted to return Sunrise Annual Registration for 2017.
Officers Report: Vice President Nicholson reported on last Holiday contract and proposed a new contract which after homeowner Q&A was approved by the board. A contract to pressure clean and repaint the four entrance monuments was discussed and approved by the board The cost is $700 to be done before Holiday; lights and decorations are to be done.
Q & A: Discussed storm debris removal, 148th Ave tree trimming, 84 South’s past and present activities. Posting signs to remind of 2018 Dues.
Officer Terms: Vice President’s term expires February of 2020, President February of 2019, Secretary treasurer up for election February 2018.
