The Board of Directors agreed and have given signed written approval for the appointment of Donald Rivera as Vice President to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mariano Santos to be effective until the next regular election in November 2012.
This action has been taken per NPMAI Bylaws Article V, Section 4 and Article VI, section 4 dated 7-18-1988
