Meeting called to order 7pm
Count of proxies and those in attendance found 25 total. Needed 53 to hold election for Vice President. Appointment of Michael Ingino made 11-19-13 to fill position will hold until next election 2-2017.
Officers present: P Cyman, M. Ingino, S. Fitzpatrick.
Minutes of 11-19-2013 were read-approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Expenses for 2013 $19,794.69. Bank Balance 2-18-2014 $83,064.67.
2014 Dues 145 paid $23,925.00. Late fees $250.00
Correspondence read: Resignation of Don Rivera dated 11-19-2013. Appointment of Michael Ingino of 11-19-2013 to fill Vice President position. Resignation of Warren Bond dated 2-15-2014. Appointment of Scott Fitzpatrick to fill Secretary/Treasurer position to 2-2015. Letter for 84 South Annual Meeting was noted.
Old Business: Entrance cameras were discussed. Bid given was $12,000 + with note of housing equipment outside not advisable. Will have others try to find system to work.
New Business: Discussions of pit bull problems, status of homes for sale, vehicle parking on 8th Street swale, renters problems. Reasons to move the NPMA annual meeting to February were explained effective 2015.
Architectual/Violation Committee will be activated. Doug Crowe and Charles Lupari were asked to serve and accepted. Two more will be selected by 5-2014. Description of duties will be discussed at a later date.
